It took me a long while to find my passion and I've finally found it. It has been with me since I was a little boy and I've become so blind that I've forgotten about this. Whew! Coming soon guys. Coming soon.

Why you should watch Agents of Shield?

I just want to tell you guys that I'm not an affiliate of the program. I'm just here to tell you what I benefited from watching the movie series. The story line is incredibly well made and all the actors are very professional and the special effects are pretty darn amazing. If you haven't watch it, please do.

Here's what I've learned so far from the movie series: The Leadership. Most especially from Agent Coulson. He leads the people like he knows everything and he is like a God. The one thing that I admire most about his leadership is he admits his faults and he shows his weakness to his team and I believe this is very important. 

Being a leader doesn't mean that you have to show to your team only the strong stuff. You must also show or tell them your weakness and tell them what you're afraid of. You might be thinking, "Man if I do that they will underestimate me and they will make a fool out of me." Maybe but It'll make you more stronger and they will begin to trust you more. Now, that's the kind of leader you want on your team right? 

A great leader admits his fault. He doesn't blame someone else for his own fault. You have to take responsibility and you have the responsibility to not blame the fault to your team. There's a BIG difference between blaming and correcting them. That's how Agent Coulson works for his team members. 

The result? The team gave him more TRUST and the team believes that he knows what he's doing and if they see something that isn't right Coulson immediately analyze the situation quickly and come up with the final decision. 

The most POWERFUL HABIT I have realized

This is, I believe, the most powerful habit everyone must do everyday in their lives: Research. That's just it. It doesn't matter if it's about your business or if it's about Life. You have to do some research and researching is part of our Personal Development. What do you want to be? What do you wish you wanted to be in your life?

I am a Seafarer by profession and working on ship is hard. You leave your family for 6-10 months or even more. In that period of 10 months, you will be working hard and living like a prisoner. If I hear people saying that they love their job being a Seaman, that's B.S. This message is to all OFWs (Overseas Filipino Workers) who HATES their job, Researching is the best habit you should add on to your everyday life.

What should I research about? Obviously, you hate your job. Why not research about making money. I wanted to have a business of my own and I don't want to live the rest of my life working for someone else. What I do everyday is researching about smart ways to make money online or offline. 

The sad thing about making money Offline is you have to have a HUGE capital to start to gain HUGE income. There may be some other ways and if you do, feel free to message me on Facebook or leave your comment below. I have joined a network marketing company recently and I'm doing poorly. I've read the books. I get excited at first because I believed that this is my passion, this is my business and this business is for me. But as time passes by, I realize that it's pretty hard if you don't know what your doing. So, maybe I needed to research more about this. 

I've come across an interesting website that's about Lead Generation in Network Marketing but maybe I'll try that one out and Affiliate Marketing as well. Let's just see how far I can go with this. Anyway, I'll just keep you updated.

How to compose a song

Here are the most easiest ways to compose a song. It's what I do and It's great especially for the beginners.

1. Make a POEM! Try just one paragraph.
2. Choose 3 CHORD PATTERNS. For example, G-A-D
3. Pick a TONE on each chord until you get a pattern. For example, G-(pick a note by playing one string while making the chord G), same on the other chords.
4. SING the POEM by following the TONE pattern.

Unya kung ma-usab ang GOBYERNO?

I've caught your attention! Wala koy gina-tapakan nga tao and dili ko affiliate sa maski unsa nga organization sa government. This is just my own opinion. :)

Daghan kaayo akong gakadunggan nga gareklamo sa gobyerno. I'm not saying nga wala koy paki pero I'm more concern about each individual Filipino people rather than trying to change something which is the same years ago or pinaka the best nga term BLAMING on something which is all that we've got. So unsa akong point? 

WHAT IF! What if mag-usab ang gobyerno? What if wala nay corrupt official sa gobyerno nato? Unsa ang effect ani sa atoa mga Pilipino? Well, mao ni ang answer, NOT MUCH! Surprisingly True! Wala kaayo matabang. Unless kung magbag-o ka, that's another story which is good. 

Sukad pa sauna mao na jud ni atong gobyerno, I don't know unsay cause ani pero ingani na jud ang ato systema sukad pajud na sauna. So, unsay angay buhaton?

Para sa akoa, ang angay buhaton, imbis na bagho-on nato ang gobyerno, why not change ourselves? Each one of us. I have listed some keypoints na pwede unta makatabang sa imuha instead of blaming someone or something.

1. Find your Ideal LEADER. Unsa ako pasabot ani? Kinsa imung ganahan nga leader? Is it Jose Rizal? Hitler? Gandhi?  Whoever he may be. Kung kinsa mana imu ganahan nga leader. Ayaw na pangandoy nga mao na ang awaton sa ato Leaders karun diri sa Pilipinas. Kung naa nakay napili, this is what you should do next.
   
2. Study your Ideal LEADER. Napansin nimu akong gibutang kay STUDY, not FOLLOW. The best advice nga imung madunggan: "Don't be a follower, Be a STUDENT". Study what's your leader's core values, disciplines o how do they make decision, what books are they reading? Study and Follow is different. If you study them, you only want to get the GOOD from them and if you follow them, you are no longer you.
   
3. Be your Ideal LEADER. Once you've studied what makes them a GOOD Leader, it's time to apply them to your Life. Be Influencial and Do more than what you get paid more. GIVE MORE VALUE to the people. 

If you are reading this, kailangan namu ug Leader like YOU. It's time to wake up, Now is the time You Lead the People, Be SOMEBODY. Leave a good Legacy to your generations to come.

Chada kaayo ang Agents of Shield

Hello guys! Gusto lang ko mag share about sa akong ginatan-aw karun nga movie series, Marvel's Agents of Shield. Nagsugod ko ug tan-aw ani gahapon. 

Dili kaayo siya pamilyar sa imuha siguro kay nag focus man gud ta more on sa mga superheros sa Marvel pero diri sa movie series, mga agents sila unya chuy kaayo kay naay mga twists ba.

Diba kung nahinumduman ninyo last kay si Agent Phil Coulson kay namatay? Pero it turns out, buhi man diay siya naay gi-inject sa iyaha nga drug nga gikan sa Alien. Basta daghan pa kaayo surprising plots and twists tapos grabe ka chuy ang storyline.

Pero kabalo ka unsa jud ako pinakaganahan ani? Kay ang importance sa Teamwork ug Leadership.

Gipakita diri nga pag leader ka dapat diritso ka maka desisyon, dili ka mag duha2x. Matun-an nimu kung unsa ka important ang Teamwork labi na kung mag plano mo sa inyo goal.

A leader must do whatever risk it takes para ma-achieve ang goal without harming his people. Pero kung naa man galing harm ang muabot sa mga tao, don't blame the leader, kay pag-abot sa katapusan it's all about what choices have you make.

So, kung naa kay goal, you should be with a team tapos each of you must be Leaders of Influence sa ubang tao.

Huwag kayong bumili ng Glutathione Soap...

“Huwag kayong bumili ng Glutathione Soap...if that particular soap is not effective anymore!” Tama naman diba?

Hi! How have you been? Gusto ko lang i-emphasize na HINDI LAHAT ng Gluta Soaps (Glutathione Soaps) ay hindi effective, yung iba po naman ay effective. Depende na siguro yan sa balat ng tao kasi lahat tayo iba-iba. Tapos gusto ko rin i-emphasize din na I am NOT promoting any Company or Products. I just want to SHARE my experience which might help you naman.

Nowadays, naging sikat na rin ang mga Gluta Soaps dahil sa demand nito para sa mga Pinoy. But, before I start, let me tell you something about the above picture muna. This was taken at August 2014 Sa OceanPark. Ito po yung pamilya ko, that’s my wife Charmaine and my son Alphard. My wife is a Freelance Makeup Artist which is ginagawa niya part-time while being full-time Mom sa anak ko na si Alphard, who will become the next Captain of the Ship. :)

Ako po ay isang full-time Seaman at Network Marketer. Dito po sa picture na to, bagong baba po ako nito galing barko at kita nyo naman na maitim ako dito dahil yung byahe namin Asia tapos summer time pa then bigla ko lang naisipang magpa-puti. 

Gusto ko lang ipaalam sa inyo na hindi ko po hinangad na pumuti (actually minsan lang). Ok now, I want you to relate with me. Kung ikaw ay itimin talaga and just like me na may whiteheads and blackheads ka which is really NOT ATTRACTIVE tingnan tapos minsan sa sobrang dami na, what you usually do is nagpapa-diamond peel ka which cost around nine hundred pesos ata and you don’t do that anymore kasi kinakapos ka lage sa budget lalong lalo na kung pamilyado ka na or nag-aaral ka o whatever reason you have. So, hinahayaan mo lang, minsan tinatago mo tinatakpan mo sa kamay mo o sa panyo pag may kinakausap ka which is weird and awkward.

Nung 3rd week ng December 2014, I was invited by my co-worker with this particular Network Marketing Company which I’ve decided to join. Yung Product Package na pinili ko ay yung Glutathione Soap, I think 20 pieces ata tapos Kojic Acid na 20 pcs din. Now just like you na unang tingin sa products, You have also decided to USE THE PRODUCTS to know if it’s effective before you SHARE it to your friends. Right?

Nung unang gamit mo sa Gluta at tsaka Kojic, mahihirapan ka kasi you have to know which sequence works for your body. For example, you tried using Kojic sa umaga tapos napansin mo nagkaka-irritate pag naarawan and maybe for some reason parang nangangati yung balat mo. 

So, sa ganitong sitwasyon ang ginagawa ko, pinapalitan ko yung sequence and it works. Ang ginawa ko, I used the Gluta Soap sa umaga tapos Kojic Soap naman sa Gabi which works for me. Walang kati, wala ng irritations.

Nagulat ako siguro after five days after using Gluta Soaps, nawala yung whiteheads and blackheads, I mean andyan parin siguro pero wala akong nakikita. Minsan kasi sa sobrang dami ng whiteheads ko, pag hinawakan ko parang may buhok pero at that time, wala eh. 

Yung feeling na malambot tapos makinis which makes me happy for some reason. :D Then I keep using it and using it then after one week or one week and three days ata, yung balat ko pumuti. Na-amaze ako kasi I’ve used other soaps for a while pero not as effective as this. Mabilis! Paspas! Walang koskos balongos! (Hehe, naalala ko yung advertisement ni Aling Dionisia sa Palawan Express). 

Anyway, Napansin din ng mga relatives and friends ko yung pagbabago sa balat ko and I just told them the truth the same as what I just told you right now. Napansin din ng asawa ko which is very satisfiying yung feeling and kind of flattering as well in which some of you na nagka-resulta din felt the same feeling as well.

So, yun, until now yun parin yung ginagamit ko. Yung Gluta Soap pag gising sa umaga tapos Kojic naman pag gabi pero minsan ko lang din nagagamit yung Kojic sa gabi for some reason pero yung Gluta talaga araw-araw.

So, yung advice ko sayo, keep looking, try and test products. Like I said, Shinare ko lang yung experience ko sayo. Yung Gluta and Kojic Soaps na ginagamit ko ngayon MAY NOT work for you. If it works for you, then Congratulations. If hindi naman, then TRY LOOKING for other soaps. Don’t give up.

Leader Ang Sinusunod Ng Tao.

BE A LEADER!

Kailangan mong malaman na “People follow Leaders”! In network marketing, it’s what this is about, TO BECOME A LEADER. The main role ng isang leader is TO GIVE VALUE. We are the SOLUTION-PROVIDER. What do I mean by this? Give Value, meaning, you provide something that will help people solve their problems. You have something and alam mo na meron kang alam na pwedeng makatulong sa mga tao, mapaliit man o malaki. You also need to remember na dito sa business ng network marketing, hindi ito GET RICH QUICK! Hindi ka yayaman agad at mahihirapan ka pa sa simula dahil sa transition. BUT You will have FUN! The secret? The secret here is you have to BRAND YOURSELF.  Pero paano? Here are 5 steps that I’ve learned from my mentor, Monty from New Jersey:

1.       Invest in Yourself – List down the things on what makes you unique. Ano ang meron sayo na pwede mong ma-share sa iba na pwedeng makakatulong sa kanila? Bakit ka ba unique? Kung nahihirapan ka kung anong meron ka, talent, or potential, subukan mong mag basa ng libro tungkol sa personal development or the best way, ASK YOUR FRIENDS.

2.       Invest in Knowledge -  Paano mo ma-ipapakita sa iba na Leader ka if WALA KANG ALAM?! So what will you do? Read books, watch videos, search the internet or attend seminars. In the business of Network Marketing, you have to Learn before you Earn.

3.       Invest in Products – Bumili ka ng mga libro o di kaya mga videos related sa mga bagay na gusto mong matutunan. For example, kung gusto mong maging successful sa network marketing, Read books about network marketing. If you want to know how to become good at talking to people, Read books about it. If you want to know how to build a website, read books about it. Go to National Bookstore, look for the right book or download Ebooks, BUY IT! READ IT! And most importantly, Learn from it! And wag kang magbasa ng kasunod na libro kung hindi mo pa naintindihan ang UNA.

4.       Invest in Honesty – Very simple. Paano ka mapagkatiwalaan ng tao kung hindi ka honest? Well, self-explanatory na to. In network marketing, it’s the same.

5.       Invest in Authenticity – Be yourself. Huwag kang magpanggap na iba. If may Leader ka or may mentor ka na sinusunod. Kunin mo lang yung Learning pero don’t follow what he does. You are unique and you have your own ways and all you can do is all you can do. May sarili kang diskarte sa buhay, they are there to Guide you only. You still have the final choice. So, BE YOURSELF! Act naturally. If may negative side ka, work on it and improve yourself. Get better everyday. May sinabi yung mentor ko na si Jim Rohn tungkol dito eh, “Don’t be a follower, Be a STUDENT.”

So, Gusto kong i-Congratulate ka sa ginawa mo ngayon sa buhay mo ngayon kasi ito bale yung first step mo kasi, you are reading this because you are looking for something new, naghahanap ka ng bago sa buhay mo. Siguro nagtatanong ka o minsan naging curious ka kung pwede ka bang mag bago. Well, let me personally tell you the good news, YOU CAN! Me, as your mentor and sponsor dito sa business ng network marketing, I will do whatever I can para maging successful ka PERO I can’t do it if you won’t help yourself. I need your COMITTMENT. Gusto kong malaman kung willing ka ba talagang maging successful. I also need  your PERSISTENCE. I need you to NEVER GIVE UP. There will be challenges in life as a network marketer pero just HOLD ON, You have a reason bakit hindi mo kailangan mag give-up.

And most importantly sa lahat, You need to be Coachable and Teachable. Para ma-emphasize ko ang statement na ito, may nabasa ako na story which is from the book, “The Greatest Networker in the World by John Milton Fogg”, ang storya na ito ay tungkol sa isang monk na napaka talino at napaka wise at napaka knowledgable. Naging tradition ng mga young monks na mag aral sa lahat ng mga masters sa kanilang lugar. Tpos may nag-iisang monk na magaling talaga. Ang ginagawa niya, dahil nga sa sobrang knowledgable at wise niya, siya na mismo ang nagco-correct sa mga master monks, sinasabi niya na mali yan at mas tama ako. Alam ko na yan! So, ano ginawa ng mga master monks? Pinabayaan nalang siya. Then one time, he decided na puntahan ang pinaka matanda, pinaka wise, pinaka experienced at pinaka knowledgable na master monk sa buong lugar. Yung master monk, pinadalhan niya ng letter na invitation yung young monk para pumunta sa temple niya para turuan siya kung ano ang pwede niyang maturo. Tuwang-tuwa yung young monk at pumunta siya.

Sa pag punta niya, tradition din sa lugar nila na pag meron kang bisita, you are obliged to serve your visitor something that you have to offer. Yung master monk ang nag serve at siya ang nag lalagay ng chaa duon sa baso ng yung young monk.Habang nag seserve yung master monk, panay dal-dal yung young monk sa lahat ng natutunan niya sa mga other masters at kung paano niya kinorekan ang mga other master monk. Napansin ng young monk na mainit yung damit niya, Napaso na pala siya! Sabi niya sa master monk, “Ano ba! Napapaso ako! Tama na yan! PUNO NA YUNG BASO KO!”. Pero alam mo ba kung ano ang sabi ng master monk? “Umalis ka young monk! Wala akong maituturo sa yo! NAPAKA PUNO NG BASO MO, balikan mo nalang ako pag wala ng laman ang baso mo!”.

So, lesson ng story? Be Coachable and be Teachable. If you think you knew something na hindi ko naman alam, Of course share it! This is a relationship business. The main point here is giving value to the people. When you are learning, Be a sponge na kayang i-absorb lahat ng information from your sponsors. Finally, you still have the Final Choice. So, ano ang desisyon mo? ;)

Ikaw ay UNIQUE!

Hi! Kumusta? Gusto ko lang sana i-share sa inyo yung isa sa mga natutunan ko sa training namin sa Medical Emergency First Aid at dahil dito ay na-amaze ako at narealize ko kung bakit UNIQUE tayong lahat. Ok so simulan ko na...

Sa video na napanuod ko na may title na “Inside the Human Body” pinakita doon yung mga stages ng tao simula pagkabata hanggang sa pagtanda niya, may dalawang points na pinakita sa video at inexplain na naging interesting para sa akin:

1.       Out of 300 million sperms, one sperm will get through the egg. IKAW lang ang nakasurvive. Wow! Sa ganitong information pa lang, alam mo na kaagad na ikaw ay kaka-iba. You are Special and unique in so many ways. Sa milyong milyon, ikaw ang tinatawag na the strongest. Kasi yung journey ng isang sperm papunta sa egg ay Survival of the Fittest eh. So, that only means na you are the FITTEST and you are the ONE. May mga pangyayaring twins, triplets o quadruplets man, pero still IBA ka pa rin. Astig.

2.       We have different and unique DNAs. Sa madaling salita, yung character mo o kung sino ka man, dapat mong tandaan na ikaw lang yan at ikaw lang ang nag-iisang IKAW at wala nang iba. Kahit nga makikita natin sa mga twins diba, meron talagang deperensya. So, WHO you are is already a fact na ikaw lang talaga sa mundo na nag-iisang IKAW. So why pretend on someone you are not? Clap! Clap! Clap!

 Siguro there are other facts on what makes us unique, feel free to comment nalang kung may idadag-dag ka. So, what I’m trying to say here is right from the start you were chosen to be born on that specific date, may kaparehas ka man na date na pinanganak din sa buwan, araw at petsa na yan. For sure may deperensya din sa minuto, seconds, milliseconds diba. ;)

Minsan kasi nadidismaya tayo o di kaya minsan nagrereklamo tayo sa kung sino tayo. Tandaan natin na kung nagrereklamo ka, wala ring naidudulot na maganda ito sa buhay mo at it’s the only LIFE you have.  So, ano dapat gagawin? TREASURE IT! I suggest you improve on something. How? I don’t know. It’s your life. You know what to do.

Isa din na iisipin natin na YOU are NOT born by accident. Kung may nagsasabi sa yo nyan, I will tell you right now na that’s nonsense! Walang kwenta yang mga salita na yan. You are here because may MISSION ka! May PURPOSE ka sa mundo. You have something special or something valuable na kailangan ng mga tao, na kailangan namin, na kailangan ng mundo. That is why simula nung bata pa tayo, lage natin naririnig sa mga teachers natin, “SHARE YOUR TALENT”. Eh, pano yan Jonathan wala akong talent eh! Know what? Meron yan and you know kung ano ang talent mo, you know kung ano ang potential mo. You are just afraid to show it to the people yet. Pero alam mo ba kung ano ang mas interesting? We need your talent, we need your potential and most importantly, we need what you will share. We Need YOU! The World Needs You! So, SHARE YOUR TALENT! Lastly, my question is, ano ang maiiwan mo sa mundo? Think about it.

I would like to end this post by this quote by Ricardo Housham,

"Whatever you're doing, give it all you got, share your passion, excitement and enthusiasm and let your vibe and energy become an inspiration to others."

12 Tips sa Buhay at Negosyo

Hello everybody! Gusto ko lang sana i-share sa inyo ang mga natutunan ko sa aking mentor na si John Melton Fogg, author ng The Greatest Networker in the World. Ito yung mga 12 practical tips para maging successful, not just sa Network Marketing business, pati din sa iyong career o kung ano ba yung GOAL mo this year 2015.

SMILE - Ito yung napaka dali at napaka effective na paraan to attract people to you. Once na mag smile ka, nagbibigay ka na agad ng first impression sa mga tao na ikaw ay POSITIVE at ito ang klase na tao na kinakailangan nila sa buhay nila. Kahit sa simpleng ngiti mo lang, alam nila na you are an interesting person. For example, sa business ng Network Marketing, when you talk to people, ayaw mong ipakita sa kanila na desperate ka o nahihirapan ka, lalong lalo na ayaw nila na makita na fake yung smile mo.

WARNING: Kailangan naman dapat sincere yung smile mo. Hindi yung fake at hindi yung napilitan ka lang. If feel mo na ayaw mong mag smile, then don’t! Pero make sure it doesn’t make other person feel bad as well.

SPEAK THE TRUTH -  Ano ba talaga yung gusto mong ipakita or sa ibang salita pa, huwag mong itago ang iyong nararamdaman. Siguradohin mo rin na yung katotohanan ay hindi nakakapagpasira sa ibang tao. Ang ibig kong sabihin sa speaking the truth ay, if in business, tell them what are the advantages and what are the disadvantages. For example, in Network Marketing, kung tinatanong ng prospect mo kung kikita ba sila agad, tell them the truth that they have to Learn First Before They Earn and Don’t tell them na KIKITA AGAD. No!

Let’s say for example sa buhay naman, kung tinanong ka ng kaibigan mo kung maganda ba siya, sabihin mo yung totoo pero make sure you do it in a proper way. How? You Figure It Out.

3.      

UNLEARN – Ito siguro ang isa sa mga pinaka-importante na natutunan ko sa network marketing business. Sa oras na pagsali mo, akala mo alam mo na pero hindi pala. Hindi ibig sabihin na kalimutan mo na lahat ng alam mo, dapat mo lang magkaroon ng OPEN MIND sa mga bagong strategies or methods sa kung papaano gawin ang negosyo. In short, BE WILLING TO LEARN.

     KNOW YOUR LIFE’S PURPOSE – Lahat tayo may mga misyon sa buhay at may purpose at bakit tayo andito. Sa oras na tayo ay pinanganak, may purpose na tayo, subalit ito ay unknown o hindi pa natin alam kung ano yun. So, anong gagawin? Search it within you. How?

Ok, ito yung isa sa mga tinuro sa akin ng mentor ko, kung mag-isa ka lang sa kwarto mo, umupo ka at ipikit mo ang yung mga mata. Imagine mo na ikaw ay nanonood ng palabas kung saan ikaw yung bida, ipinakita doon yung buhay mo simula noong bata ka pa hanggang sa nakita mo na yung future mo. Kapag nakita mo na yung part na pinakita yung future mo, You will know your Life’s Purpose. There are other ways pero I think this is the most effective.

HAVE BIG GOALS – Kung malaki ang goal mo, lahat ng mga problema mo ngayon ay balewala nalang. Halimbawa nalang sa Network Marketing, kung ang goal mo ay maghabol ng prospects at magbenta sa kahit sino pagkatapos ngayon kung may magsasabi ng “NO” sayo, malulungkot ka diba? Pero kung yung goal mo ay para sa success ng buong industriya ng Network Marketing, ano yung maidudulot nito para sayo? Ano yung aksyon na gagawin mo? Right! YOU WILL START GIVING VALUE to people. How? By being Valuable Yourself. Kung ipapakita mo sa tao kung SINO ka at KUNG ANO ka, you will be attracted to the person YOU have become. YOU are UNIQUE in many ways. So, the result? You will have FUN and PEOPLE will be looking up to you because they NEED LEADERS not salespeople.

MAKE THE MOST OF WHAT YOU HAVE – Gamitin mo kung anong meron ka and give it to others at Gawin mo kung ano yung kaya mong gawin. Diba naririnig natin yung mga kasabihan nila na, “Kung kaya ko, Kaya mo Rin!” So, what does this mean? I don’t know what you mean by this but for me, it means YOU ARE LIMITLESS!

HAVE FUN – Ano ngayon kong matagal ang resulta? It’s not a problem. At least you have results and most important sa lahat, YOU HAD FUN. Masaya ka sa ginagawa mo. Kung nahihirapan ka sa Network Marketing, then you are doing it wrong. When you are giving value to others, YOU ARE HAVING FUN. That’s the sign of a Leader. What now kung matagal ang result? You don’t care anymore because number ONE, YOUR GOAL IS SO BIG na what you are focusing is LONG-TERM RESULT and TWO, You have fun doing it because it’s just natural.

   

THINK POSITIVE – I think ito dapat yung number one eh, Be Positive. I believe GOD favors those who think positive. Like my experience with my father, my father is a seafarer as well tapos there was a time na gustong gusto na niyang sumakay dahil nga kapos na sa pera and then he keeps giving me NEGATIVE thoughts like “Hindi na talaga ako makakasakay” and etc. Then I said, “Ano yung magandang naidudulot sa pagiging negative mo sa sitwasyon natin? May solution ba? Wala diba?” Then after a few POSITIVE words na binigay ko sa tatay ko. He said, “Tama ka, imbis na problema ang isiisipin, dapat pala talaga SOLUTION ang dapat isipin.” And you know what? After siguro mga 10 seconds, nag text yung opisina sa kanya, “Sir, sasampa ka na po ASAP. Report ka sa Office ngayon para ma-finalize na natin papers mo.” Then he was a CHANGED MAN.

BE OF SERVICE – May mga iba’t ibang gawain na makapag-bigay ng service sa ibang tao. Hindi lang sa pamimigay ng pera na pamimigay ng tulong. Ang pinaka the best para sa akin ay GIVING VALUE, again inulit ko na naman to dahil napaka importante nito. Alam ko na may alam ka na pwedeng makakatulong sa tao, so anong gagawin mo? YOU SHARE IT tapos nung shinare mo na, nakatulong ito sa tao. Now, that’s pure VALUE. That is pure SERVICE.

PLAN AND COMMIT TO YOUR GOAL – Sabi pa ni Mary Kay, if you Fail to Plan, you Plan to Fail. If may mga gusto kang ma-achieve, PLAN! At hindi lang plan ka lang sa isang buwan. COMMIT to it! And believe me, you will succeed.

IMAGINE YOURSELF ALREADY ON THAT GOAL – If you imagine yourself na nakuha mo na yung goal mo, lahat ng actions mo ngayon ay connected sa goal mo. Very important din.

NEVER GIVE UP – Kahit ano man yang GOAL mo, whether to become a Doctor or to become the TOP Earner of your Company. Don’t give up. Keep persisting! LIFE IS LIKE A GAME, Only QUITTERS lose and only those who Persist, WIN!
